Smart Thermostat Installation - Save $25

A smart thermostat automatically adjusts to energy-saving temperatures to help you save money on your heating and cooling bills. Many are also controlled from your smartphone so you can adjust the temperature while on the go. One of the best ways to beat the peak when Cobb EMC calls for peak hours is to use a smart thermostat in your home to control and lower your electric use.

HVAC Tuneup Rebate Program

Cobb EMC's HVAC Tuneup rebate program encourages members to schedule annual pre-season checkups with a qualified contractor to check that HVAC systems are operating efficiently. A yearly tuneup is one of several steps that members can take to increase the efficiency of their heating and cooling system. We're proud to offer our members a $50 rebate to assist with the cost of a spring tuneup.

Home Energy Efficiency Makeover

Cobb EMC partners with the Cobb Heating and Air Association, Gas South and the Cobb County Water System to give one member* a Home Energy Efficiency Makeover. The makeover shines a light on energy efficiency to show our members how energy improvement projects can lower energy consumption. It also encourages the community to nominate their neighbors whose homes are in need of energy efficient improvements. To be eligible to win, homeowners must live in a primary residence served by Cobb EMC and the Atlanta Gas Light Co. pipeline system and have natural gas service at their home.
