Situation:

The heating and cooling system was cycling off and on. Back at the Reliable command center we already knew what was going on and had called the customer before the urgent alert was even sent to her. We had the parts and a technician on a truck to her house before lunch. Problem solved. The next day temperatures went up to 97 degrees and that means we had an influx of calls and mom would have had to wait in a hot house for us had we not seen the problem the day before.
