• Price considered will be the monthly rate, prorated including all free months, value added in service, parts & labor, and any other discounts that are applied.
• Guarantee applies to qualified Heating & Cooling, Water Heaters, Water Purification Systems, and Generators.
  
• Does not apply to builders.

Next Day Installation Guarantee is only available on select systems when requested by the customer. Excludes Sunday and Statutory Holidays installations. Excludes value systems. Completed agreement must be signed prior to 2:00 PM in order to be eligible for next day guarantee.

If installation appointment cannot be completed as guaranteed customer will receive a $500 check or bill credit for the equivalent amount. Same Day Installation Guarantee is only available on standard tank water heater when requested by the customer. Excludes Sunday and Statutory Holidays installations. Completed agreement must be signed prior to noon to be eligible for same day guarantee.
