Next Day Installation Guarantee is only available on select promotional air conditioners when requested by the customer. Excludes Sunday and Statutory Holidays installations. Excludes value systems. Completed agreement must be signed prior to 2pm in order to be eligible for next day guarantee.

If installation appointment cannot be completed as guaranteed customer will receive a $500 check or bill credit for the equivalent amount. Same Day Installation Guarantee is only available on standard tank water heater when requested by the customer. Excludes Sunday and Statutory Holidays installations. Completed agreement must be signed prior to noon to be eligible for same day guarantee.
