• Price considered will be the monthly rate, prorated including all free months, value added in service, parts & labor, and any other discounts that are applied.
• Guarantee applies to qualified Heating & Cooling, Water Heaters, Water Purification Systems, and Generators.
  
• Does not apply to builders.
  
• All additional discounts are at the sole discretion of Reliable Heating & Air and are subject to change without prior notice.

Next Day Installation Guarantee is only available on select systems when requested by the customer. Excludes Sunday and Statutory Holidays installations. Completed agreement must be signed prior to 2:00 PM in order to be eligible for next day guarantee.

Guarantee applies to the next business day following permit approval, where required. Installation scheduling is contingent upon receiving all necessary permits and approvals from local municipalities or counties. Reliable Heating & Air cannot be held responsible for delays caused by permitting or inspection processes beyond our control.

If installation appointment cannot be completed as guaranteed (excluding permit-related delays), customer will receive a $500 check or bill credit for the equivalent amount.

Same Day Installation Guarantee is only available on standard tank water heaters when requested by the customer. Excludes Sunday and Statutory Holidays installations. Completed agreement must be signed prior to 12:00 PM (noon) to be eligible for same day guarantee.
