A Message to our Community
To our Community
With the uncertainty of COVID in our communities, we want to reassure you that keeping our team members and our customers safe is our top priority. We remain committed to following best practices and CDC guidelines to ensure that we can provide a high level of service and that every visit to your home is a safe one.
As an essential service provider, we know how important keeping your family safe and comfortable is during this time. With more of us at home, we are relying more on our home's infrastructure than ever before. You can be confident that we are able to assist with any heating, cooling, plumbing & electrical needs you may have
Office Staff Working from Home: When you call in for service, you may hear children or pets in the background because our Customer Service Team members will be assisting you from their homes.
Social Distance: We are practicing social distancing in the field and in the office by maintaining at least 6 feet between individuals when possible.
Masks / Gloves / Booties / Hand Sanitizer / Disinfectant: With safety being our top priority, we have fully stocked our trucks with masks, gloves, booties, hand sanitizer and disinfectant. We are requiring team members who work in homes to wear a mask or face covering while working indoors, regardless of vaccination status unless they are socially distanced and working in a confined space such as an attic, crawlspace, basement or closet dealing with a high heat environment.
"No-Contact" Policy: Our team has been trained on a no-contact policy. It's hard, but we will no longer be shaking hands with our customers.
Screening: You will be asked by Reliable Customer Service team to answer brief health and safety questions related to COVID-19 by phone and again prior to entering your home.
Vaccination: We are truly grateful to our team members for the vital service they are providing to their communities. We have taken a number of measures to help keep them healthy and safe. We're strongly encouraging all team members to get the COVID-19 vaccine and providing paid time off for each dose of the vaccine. We are encouraging team members to stay home if they are experiencing any symptoms or have been exposed to someone with COVID-19.
COVID Response Team: We have coordinated a response team to communicate to all Team Members any new processes/procedures. As the situation evolves, we are ready to adapt to any additional CDC and WHO recommended preventative measures to ensure the safety of our teams, our customers, and our communities.
If you have an air conditioning or heating breakdown, plumbing or electrical emergency please don't hesitate to call us. We also have an option available for a virtual estimate if you have a need. Please visit here to learn more.
Thank you and stay safe,
The Reliable Team
