Reliable Heating & Air is one of the largest employers of HVAC technicians in the southeast and we are always looking for new team members. I am asked often what does it take to be a great HVAC technician? I was honored to be included in June on a panel hosted by Emerson Climate Technologies to speak about the changing workforce in HVAC and how to engage the future techs. There is a definite shortage of technicians and we are committed to reinvigorating the industry for instance our new academy which will be a HVAC training and technical institute. My piece of advice to the future is always be adaptable to new technology and embrace it. HVAC is growing in leaps and bounds.
