What are some of the most asked questions about Comfort as a Service
What does lifetime really mean?
Companies say that word a lot and lifetime to the average person means for the rest of my entire life. Which is basically forever. But the company meant...the lifetime expectancy of the product or the lifetime BUT only if you do x, y, and z. Or the lifetime of the components that are on the right side of the system, but not the left. Read the fine print before you sign anything. When we say lifetime with Comfort as a Service we mean forever. You will never pay for AC repairs or maintenance or filters again. If your system breaks, we fix it. If we can't fix it, we replace it. This is the last heating and cooling system or water heater or generator or water purification system you will ever buy. Won't I end up paying more for my HVAC system with Comfort as a Service?
No. Don't forget your new heating & cooling system comes with some long term costs that Comfort as a Service members don't have to worry about. You must have annual maintenance to maintain your warranty. Over 10 years time that can be close to an additional $2,000. The average system will eventually need a repair and the price range can vary drastically before replacing it again in approximately 15 years. Average repair ranges from $125 up to $451 according to Home Guide. You can see how this all quickly adds up.
What if I move?
Easy. You can always buy your system outright from us at anytime. Simply call us and we will give you the buy out price for your system at it's depreciated amount.
Does Comfort as a Service include priority scheduling?
Yes. Our Comfort as a Service members receive priority scheduling. If you find any issues with your system - call us and we will come out same day to fix it
